Everyone can test Microsoft 365 for a one-month free trial. The best thing to do is to have access to a number of apps for you online – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Calendar, and Skype – if you do not need a full suite of Microsoft 365 tools!
Subscriptions start at $70, or you can buy a license for around $150. Microsoft Office 365 now called Microsoft 365 is $70. However, don’t worry, these prices you don’t have to pay.
Whether you want to use it on the go or on a PC doesn’t matter. Whether you use this sparingly or eight hours a day doesn’t matter. Office 365 can be obtained free of charge.
Use online Microsoft Office
Microsoft offers a free online version of its popular Office apps to compete with Google’s suite of productivity apps. In a browser on your Mac, Windows PC, or Chromebook, you can use the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint completely free of charge.
Although not as rich as desktop applications, most of the core features can be found. The Word editing capabilities and Excel functions are all available on Office Online (in a modern, web-based package).
Just open Office.com and sign in to your Microsoft account in your browser. The blank document can then be created or one template can be started. You can easily upload the document to Office Online if you have already been working on a document or have received a document you have to edit (using drag and drop).
Try Office 365 For Free
You can just use the test version of Microsoft Office if you only need Microsoft office for a while (say, if you are due to college entries in a few weeks). Go to the free website Microsoft Office and subscribe to the trial.
You can cancel your subscription before the month ends, while you need to provide a credit card. You are not automatically charged in this way. You can even unsubscribe and continue to use the trial throughout the remainder of the month.
You can access the Microsoft 365 home plan through the trial (previously known as the Office 365 Home plan). All Office 365 products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook will be accessed free of charge, without mentioning the 1TB cloud storage area.
Upon signing up for Office 365, the desktop Office apps with all the available functions can be used offline. You can register again with another email address when your month is over (or two).
Use mobile apps free of charge for Office 365
The Office version for smartphones and tablets is free of charge for Microsoft. You can freely edit Microsoft Office documents if your device screen is less than 10.1 inches. This includes 10-inch Android and 9.7-inch iPad tablets (but not the 10.2-inch 7th-Generation iPad).
You must have an Office 365 subscription or use the read-only mode if your device is larger than 10.1 inches.
